Made the mistake of buying a "shelving unit". Made IKEA furniture look like Chippendale.
When I had the thing half constructed discovered some parts were put together wrong. Took it all apart, drove it back and was told I wasn't the first. Full refund, good customer service, but I shall NEVER DARKEN THEIR DOORS AGAIN.
