A complete waste. Developers, disgruntled by the rejection of their application have stopped the buses using the bus station. This way everyone will get used to the new bus stops (Less parking, more hold ups, passengers blocking pavement, waiting in the rain... etc.etc ) and then they will say, "Look you didn't need a bus station anyway" !
