Yesterday evening we went to Uckfield to see the live stream from the Metropolitan Opera NY. Norwegian soprano Lisa Davidsen in the title rôle with the three nymphs on their custom made "nymph carts".
The music is so ravishingly beautiful, (especially in the last act) as was the singing... Davidsen was superb, and so was Brenda Rae as Zerbinetta.
