Long time since I posted any 'food porn', but the colour of this was as sumptuous as the taste. Beetroots, cherry tomatoes, red onions, red peppers, black olives and whole cloves of garlic cooked in olive oil and sprinkled with Ras el Hanout. Served with seared tuna and rice/grains.
