When I saw this the phrase "Brave Helios wake up your steed..." came into my head and I also heard it said in flat Midland vowels. I realised it was a quote from the 1967 Moody Blues album "Days of Future Passed" which I listened to a lot at the time. Keyboard player Mike Pinder spoke the words which drummer Graeme Edge wrote for the first track, "The Day begins".
